Cancellation Policy

Saint & Noir Studios Membership Booking & Usage Policy Welcome to Saint & Noir Studios. As a valued member of our creative community, we ask that you review and adhere to the following policies to ensure the studio remains a clean, professional, and respectful space for all. Booking Policy All studio bookings must be made through our online system and are subject to availability based on your membership tier. Members are responsible for booking sufficient time to include setup and breakdown. Overrunning your booking may result in additional charges or deduction from your hours. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled booking time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full duration of your booking will be deducted from your monthly allowance. No-shows will also be treated as a late cancellation and result in the same deduction. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may lead to temporary suspension or termination of your membership privileges. We understand that emergencies happen—please contact us immediately if you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Studio Cleaning & Conduct Policy Members are expected to leave the studio in the same clean and tidy condition it was found. This includes: Disposing of all rubbish Returning all furniture and equipment to its original place Wiping down any used surfaces or mirrors If the studio is left in disarray, a £50 cleaning fee will be charged to your account. This includes spills, trash left behind, or misuse of furniture or props. General Etiquette Please respect other members’ time by starting and ending your session promptly. Use only the space and equipment you’ve booked, and report any damage or issues to staff immediately. Thank you for upholding our community standards.
